One important thing that is necessary for every good building is A SOLID FOUNDATION. In fact, even small children playing with building blocks learn this important lesson…to build something well that will stand up and not come tumbling down.
As teachers and parents, we may get caught up in the pressure when we feel to teach reading and neglect to teach foundational literacy skills.
This is what MOMENTUM is doing over the years and now it has moved one-step ahead by starting prefoundation courses for class 9th and 10th. In this competitive world, it is a tough task to nurturing a young brain of prefoundation students. Every child is god gifted with great potential in him. To achieve the right path it just requires the right direction and stands our students apart from the mass.
Encouraged by the current success of Momentum Career Classes, Momentum has also embarked on another structured program to prepare students for the prestigious IIT/PMT, NTSE, STSE, KVPY & various competitive exams for their school studies.
We, at MOMENTUM, strongly believe in the old dictum: A journey of a mile begins with a single step. Hence, we are extremely careful about that every single step that a young child of class 9th or 10th takes in his/her formative years of learning.
MOMENTUM is a name to consider in the field of coaching centre training adolescent minds to crack– IIT/PMT. While our idea, for students of classes 11th and 12th going for IIT/PMT has been strictly competitive, we have stepped into our prefoundation classes with a visualization much more wide-ranging and holistic. Unlike the generally prevailing thought of pre foundation classes run by the other coaching canters, where they merge their pre foundation classes 9th and 10th with their foundation batches and term it a four or three year integrated IIT program, we, at MOMENTUM, pay individual attention to each class. This is done so because the students in these years are so tender mentally that they call for unhurried, measured and organized effort at concept building in a tension free environment, running classes singly. A young child of class, 9th, or 10th moving into a classroom with only IIT in the thoughts is like chasing a fantasy. However, a measured and point-by-point development of fundamentals can take even an average student to great heights – IIT!
The only performance guide for such a student is his/her school performance. Hence, we make sure that their NCERT / CBSE textbooks be the primary handbook for teaching in MOMENTUM. MOMENTUM provides the students a long-standing competitive edge by escalating the concepts covered in their NCERT / CBSE textbooks with our study materials absolutely researched and planned by our faculty.
We retell that the aim of MOMENTUM pre foundation classes is not only to train a child for IIT but also to stimulate in the child a craving to excel in any stream after the class 10th stage. This is to furnish the student with a competitive edge so that he/she can build up the capacity to make a choice of his/her own future after class 10th. It is understood that MOMENTUM will prepare the student powerfully towards IIT who have the right ability for it.
MOMENTUM has always believed in providing what we have promised and our visualization remains constant even with our latest undertaking of pre-foundation classes. MOMENTUM never forgets that success is a time-consuming and conscientious procedure. It is achieved not by shooting arrows blindly in air but with regular hard work at every step of the learning voyage of a student.
